Pricing for project-based work, hourly consulting, and retainers is agreed in writing before work begins; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an engagement is confirmed.
When you agree to a project, retainer, or consulting engagement with us, the specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms are set out in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement, which forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to decline or pause an engagement, including for suspected fraud or non-payment. Payment must be received and verified before deliverables are released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a service includes access to a course, template, or other digital resource, access is granted for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed without our written permission.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
